The franchise outlines what the complete brand relaunch entails
Whether you’re new to the idea of investing in a Chicken Cottage franchise, or it’s been on your list of portfolio options for a while, you’ll already know that this is a QSR brand with serious potential. It established itself in 1994 as the first in the UK to offer both grilled and fried chicken in an all-Halal menu. However, what you might not know yet is that it is also one that is seriously doubling down on taking things to the next level with a huge new re-investment.
A complete brand relaunch
If you’ve been to a Chicken Cottage lately, you might have noticed it looks quite different. There has been a complete brand refresh and a new logo which is all part of a huge drive to modernise the concept and create a consistently fantastic look right across every outlet. This is all part of making Chicken Cottage look and feel like the fresh, on-trend brand that it is, but is also part of a new direction the franchise is taking in terms of attracting a wave of franchise owners to join them in an ambitious plan for growth.
Chicken Cottage is now 100 per cent focused on seeking multi-unit entrepreneurs who are interested in an ongoing investment opportunity which promises the potential for growth and excellent returns on investment.
New leadership and management
With this new mission in mind, Chicken Cottage has also created a new operations team which includes some of the best and brightest the QSR sector has to offer, including some big names from KFC, McDonald’s, Cream Cafe, Starbucks, and Taco Bell. This not only means that the leadership of the brand will be stronger than ever but also that franchise owners will have direct access to all their experience and expertise to drive forward their own investments.
Digital transformation
This levelling-up doesn’t stop there, either. Chicken Cottage has also launched an all-new franchise website that details exactly how this opportunity works for potential investors, as well as outlines many of the key benefits and USPs. On top of that, Chicken Cottage is also launching its own bespoke app which brings together all of its menus with its loyalty programme and in-house delivery platform.
Multi-unit operations expanding right across the network
Recently two new restaurants opened in Wandsworth and Langley, each representing a successful progression to a second site for two multi-unit operators. The franchise owner in Shipley was also recently awarded Best Eatery in the Yorkshire Best Business awards and is now actively looking for a site for his second outlet.
