Thanks to Leading the Way, Michelle and Andy Corrigan are earning a steady income in the pet industry
A phone call following a chance meeting with OSCAR Pet Foods’ behaviourist Shelley Audis- Riddell changed Michelle and Andy Corrigan’s lives.
After attending a puppy class, Michelle’s love of animals and Shelley’s knowledge of pet behaviour sowed the seeds for a pioneering new franchise.

“OSCAR Pet Foods, the UK’s largest pet food home delivery franchise, was launching a new business to support pet ownership and they asked me if I would be interested in running their pilot franchise,” Michelle explains.
“Fed up with exhausting and financially unrewarding jobs, my husband and I were stuck in a bubble of negativity.
“Here was an opportunity to work flexibly around family commitments, while indulging my lifelong love of animals and enjoying a steady income from the rapidly expanding pet industry.”
Now Michelle and Andy run the business full-time.
“One of the greatest joys we have each day is looking back with happiness at how far this franchise opportunity has turned our lives around,” Michelle says. “We could not be happier with our new found life-work balance.
