All 54 franchisees, operating 110 stores throughout the UK, worked together to negotiate terms to acquire the Cash Generator business from private equity investor, R Capital.

Mark Shannon, owner of eight Cash Generator stores and a lead negotiator for the group, says: “We were all very pleased with the outcome of the deal.
“It was a difficult negotiation over many months, but Russell and Jane provided great help and assistance to us to get it over the line.
“We now look forward to exciting times with the brand and have plans to develop it further.”
The group has plans to introduce new customer relationship management systems and software, to improve communications with customers and increase profitability in the stores.
