In Home Care to expand network across southern England
The founders of In Home Care are looking ahead to what is shaping up to be a successful summer, with Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire and new regions of Hampshire being added to their network of franchise areas.
The franchises will provide domiciliary and live-in care to the communities of Aylesbury, Fareham and Farnborough, while a branch covering the Hertfordshire towns of Hemel Hempstead, Watford and St Albans will work alongside the company’s existing Hertford office.
In Home Care also supports those living with complex care requirements, managing PEG feeds, tracheostomy care and monitoring catheters and stoma bags, as well as offering companionship and emotional support.
Following Care Quality Commission registration, In Home Care Fareham will be the first of the new franchises to open in mid-April.
In Home Care co-founder Paul Reynolds says: “We’re excited to be taking our care services into new locations, especially with the challenges that have come from COVID-19.
“From day one, we’ve always believed care should be accessible to anyone who needs it and with our ambition to open at least two new franchises a year we’re on course to achieve this.
“I’m personally grateful to everyone involved in sourcing and launching each one of our branches and looking forward to when they formally open their doors.
“There will be opportunities for new carers to join our respective teams as well, who will have full training regardless of their previous experience.”
In Home Care was established in 2011 and now employs over 185 staff.
The company’s expansion programme will see further locations in London and the Republic of Ireland opened in the near future.
