A new director of operations and director of marketing have been appointed
Caremark is over the moon to announce the appointments of Emma Scholes and Kelly Blackmore-Lee as director of marketing and director of operations respectively.
Kelly brings with her a wealth of experience from time spent growing other leading franchise brands and having served as head of compliance for the British Franchise Association (bfa).
Kelly said: “Having known the Caremark brand for a long time within franchising, I am delighted to join David and Lisa and the team to help support and grow the Caremark network. I was fortunate enough to attend the annual conference prior to joining and met many franchisees who are passionate about the brand and care in the community. I feel this is a fantastic brand working in the social care industry.”
Emma knows the care sector well having previously been national marketing manager at Bluebird Care but that’s not all, she has also worked on international marketing campaigns in the product and service industries for large companies. Emma’s appointment aligns perfectly with Caremark’s desire to achieve greater franchise recognition and deeper market penetration.
David Glover, joint CEO of Caremark, welcomed the new appointees. “I am delighted to have both Kelly and Emma join us,” he said. “They are both high calibre individuals, fantastic additions to the Caremark team and I look forward to working with them. I know that our franchisees are keen to meet them as they get out into the network and meet people.
