Taylor Made Franchising appoints first group franchise manager

Alan McLean joins from domestic cleaning franchise Bright & Beautiful

Alan McLean has joined Taylor Made Franchising as group franchise manager.

The business owns franchise brands Stumpbusters, PVC Vendo, Wilkins Chimney Sweep, Thomas Cleaning Franchise and the newly acquired Iconic Window Cleaning.

Alan was previously a franchise business consultant at domestic cleaning and housekeeping company Bright & Beautiful. 

Working across all brands, his responsibilities will include increasing sales and profitability for franchisees.

Alan says: “I’m excited to be starting this new role at Taylor Made Franchising.

“Darren [Taylor, managing director of Taylor Made Franchising] is building a rapidly expanding empire and I’m honoured to be the company’s first group franchise manager.

“When a franchisee is doing well, so is the franchisor, so my efforts will be very much directed towards increasing enquiries for franchisees, driving conversions, pipeline management, increasing current client value, pricing for profitability and ensuring our franchisees are offering a fantastic service to their clients.”
