Amrit Dhaliwal, CEO of Walfinch, the national homecare brand, has been confirmed as a speaker at The Residential & Home Care Show, where he will lead a panel session on ‘How to grow your domiciliary care business sustainably’ in 2023 and beyond.
The Residential & Home Care Show focuses on providing practical solutions to the everyday challenges faced in running healthcare business, and brings together experts from across the sector who provide inspirational keynotes and panel discussions on the issues that matter to the industry.
In the conference session, which takes place in the Home Care Theatre at on 26 April, Amrit will be joined by his colleagues Julie Farrow, senior franchise support manager, Walfinch and Richard Stanfield, franchise support manager, Walfinch, in addition to James Landymore, enterprise customer success manager for Birdie, to consider the ingredients that are needed for sustainable growth. This includes recruitment and retention strategies for franchising.
