Helping franchisees develop their businesses, Richard Stanfield will bring almost two decades of experience to the new role
Walfinch, the growing home care franchise, has announced it will enhance the support for its franchised network with the new appointment of Richard Stanfield as a franchise consultant.
Richard joins Walfinch from one of the UK’s largest domiciliary care providers and has developed a passion for the sector and for helping franchisees deliver high-quality care to those that need it.
Richard said: “I know how rewarding this sector is but also recognise the challenges that come with running a home care franchise – particularly in relation to recruitment and retention of great care staff. My goal is to help franchisees overcome these issues quickly in order to allow their individual businesses to thrive and to help Walfinch develop even further as a leading home care brand.”
Richard has worked in the franchising sector for nineteen years and brings a wealth of experience when it comes to supporting franchise owners.
He added: “I have worked closely with people from varied backgrounds, including those at the very beginning of their franchise journey to those who are very well established and operating multimillion-pound businesses. I am now looking forward to drawing on this experience for the benefit of the Walfinch franchise network as a whole.”
Amrit Dhaliwal, CEO of Walfinch, said: “Richard’s knowledge and expertise will be an asset to Walfinch. His skills will ensure he is well placed to help our franchisees develop their business strategies further and realise the full potential of their investment. We are now delighted to welcome Richard to the team.”
