"I get the best of both worlds – I can spend time with my children and I do a job that I absolutely love," says Pink Spaghetti franchisee Imogen Rayner
Imogen Rayner took a career break to have her children and she then wanted to find a new opportunity which would challenge her but also work around her family.
Why a Pink Spaghetti franchise? Imogen considered a franchise primarily because it would enable her to launch her own business whilst having the support of a wider team. It would allow her to increase her chances of success as she could eliminate some of the challenges a start-up business would face. She could benefit from the network’s experience and knowledge while making good use of her own skills and embracing a new challenge. She was really impressed by the brand and the awards that had been won and it fitted very well for her future career aspirations whilst raising her young family.
Imogen says: “My life has totally changed since becoming a Pink Spaghetti franchisee! I feel like I’m a whole new person, I’m growing in confidence, my immediate family are really benefiting from it. I feel I’m being a really positive role model. I get the best of both worlds – I can spend time with my children and I do a job that I absolutely love.”
