Care at home company launches Midlands franchisee recruitment drive

PerCurra says its franchisee offering is particularly suited to people who may be embarking on the second stage of their careers, having taken early retirement or been made redundant

PerCurra, the national care at home franchise, has announced the launch of a recruitment drive to attract new franchisees, with a particular focus on territories across the Midlands.

Headquartered in Nottingham, PerCurra’s success in the sector has enabled the creation of a proven franchise model and the company is now keen to attract talented people into its network of franchisees.

Gill Heppell, PerCurra’s founder and managing director, explains: “Having developed a successful care at home business, reaching over £1 million in turnover and employing 70 people within three years, I made the decision to franchise the business in 2016.

“We have replicated our highly regarded model of care delivery, which will enable people to launch a viable, profitable business in the provision of care services. We are actively seeking people from across the Midlands who would like to be part of our successful, well-established franchisee programme.”

PerCurra says its franchisee offering is particularly suited to people who may be embarking on the second stage of their careers, having taken early retirement or been made redundant.

According to the company, such people can make excellent franchise owners, building on their experience within their previous careers, and suits those who are potentially keen to fit work around family life.

People with previous experience within the health and social care sector are also welcomed by PerCurra, particularly former or current care managers who may be looking for a new challenge.

Regardless of their previous experience, franchisees benefit from a six-month tailored training programme that covers marketing, staff recruitment and client acquisition, as well as business development support.

In addition, support systems are provided so that a PerCurra franchisee doesn’t require an office and the business can be run from home.
