Safety measures will remain post-July 19, property reporting services specialist says
No Letting Go has confirmed that the safety measures it introduced in response to the COVID-19 pandemic will remain in place beyond the date most coronavirus restrictions will be lifted, which is currently July 19.
Justine Tomlinson, the property reporting services’ head of operations, says: “As we move into a phase of personal responsibility towards the risks of COVID, service companies need to account for customers’ individual circumstances.
“We believe there will be a need to offer COVID safe services even when we’re not required to by law.
“COVID will be with us for some time to come and we need to ensure all customers feel safe even when restrictions are lifted.”
No Letting Go uses technology to ensure tenants do not need to be present at any stage of the property reporting cycle (inventory, mid-term check-up or check out) if they prefer not too without affecting their or their landlord’s legal rights during the course of the tenancy.
The company has been providing property reporting services to the residential lettings sector for 14 years.
