Without the requirement for premises and stock, No Letting is a very low overhead business enabling profitability to be obtained within the first six months of trading
Despite the national lockdowns, 80 per cent of No Letting Go franchisees, who joined during 2020, have hit a minimum monthly revenue of £4,000 by August 2021. The Tees Valley office hit a monthly revenue of £10,000 in April this year, by providing an adaptable service during the changing landscape.
Julie Skipp from the Tees Valley office said: “It’s been a difficult period for all businesses to navigate, and I wanted to ensure that clients knew I was open for business and could support them through the stop-start activity of earlier this year. Fortunately for our industry, the lettings market is booming and my main concern is ensuring I have the right resource in place to provide a great level of service. I feel like my feet haven’t touched the ground this year, and despite the lockdown, at the start of the year my average monthly revenue is close to £7,000.”
No Letting Go has been providing property reporting services to the residential lettings sector for 14 years.
