Availl care franchise seeks self-starters

A Care Quality Commission report, called Not Just a Number, states: ‘The provision of home care services has grown significantly over the past few years. The number of home care services registered with the CQC increased by 16 per cent in 2011-12 and a further six per cent in the first six months of 2012-13.”

Availl recently launched as a nationwide franchise opportunity and, therefore, have more territories available compared to established brands. Multiple revenue streams are an option, as Availl provides services for older people and adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, mental health needs and brain injuries, as well as temporary cover in care and nursing homes.

No prior experience of the care sector is required. More important is being a self starter who will invest the time to build the business. Where the franchisee has no prior experience of the care sector, assistance will be provided with the recruitment of a registered manager.

The total cost of the franchise is £28,750 (plus VAT) plus working capital, which includes a staged training package, on-site support, marketing campaign and IT package.
