Availl care franchise seeks self-starters

You can reap both financial and personal rewards with an Availl franchise

The care sector is one of the fastest growing in the UK and, as such, represents a tremendous opportunity for the right individuals.

A Care Quality Commission report, called Not Just a Number, states: ‘The provision of home care services has grown significantly over the past few years. The number of home care services registered with the CQC increased by 16 per cent in 2011-12 and a further six per cent in the first six months of 2012-13.”

Graham Parker and Paula Wilson-Parker, who founded Availl in Cambridge in 2007, recognised this growth. Graham says: “Our vision for Availl isn’t to be just another agency or provider of staff, but rather a service that’s all about people.

“We are looking for franchisees who share our values and who will work tirelessly to deliver the Availl standards of care in a local area. No two days will be the same, the hours will be long, but the potential rewards, both financially and personally, are significant.”

Availl recently launched as a nationwide franchise opportunity and, therefore, have more territories available compared to established brands. Multiple revenue streams are an option, as Availl provides services for older people and adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, mental health needs and brain injuries, as well as temporary cover in care and nursing homes.

No prior experience of the care sector is required. More important is being a self starter who will invest the time to build the business. Where the franchisee has no prior experience of the care sector, assistance will be provided with the recruitment of a registered manager.

The total cost of the franchise is £28,750 (plus VAT) plus working capital, which includes a staged training package, on-site support, marketing campaign and IT package.
