The franchise specialises in turning unsold goods and services into an electronic currency for businesses to use
Global organisation Business Bank Exchange (BBX) has announced its newest franchisee, Russell Cort, who will be leading the Bournemouth and Dorset franchise.
The business will provide service to customers across Southwest, Southern Hampshire and is also covering the Wiltshire and Salisbury districts, too.
Following a successful career in the retail motor industry, Russell was originally approached by BBX three years ago to join its team of account managers. He soon became one of the organisation’s leading account managers ahead of being promoted to director of the national head team office based in Bournemouth.
Russel, who is from Bournemouth, said: “I’m really looking forward to this exciting next chapter. I’ve formed my own company called Wycombe Trading Limited and we’re now operating the franchise for Dorset and Bournemouth which spans from Dorchester right the way over to Southampton and into Portsmouth. On a caretaking side, we also look after Wiltshire up to and including Salisbury.”
One of the things Russell is extremely passionate about is seeing businesses flourish.
He said: “We can help companies in so many ways – from using our interest-free credit facility, paying staff incentives or bonuses in BBX monies to purchasing goods and services, office supplies or covering regular business expenses – all through utilising their BBX monies; it saves companies cash which, in these uncertain times, should be a top priority for many directors right now.”
John Attridge, CEO of BBX, added: “We’re thrilled to have Russell on board as a franchisee. He knows the business inside out, and most importantly, especially in times like these, he knows how BBX can help and support businesses with cashflow issues; that’s what made Russell such a brilliant account manager and director, and that’s what’ll make him a brilliant franchisee too.”
