Jo Stone and Tracy Townend of Puddle Ducks won two top accolades at the annual NatWest Encouraging Women into Franchising Awards, which took place in London on May 1.
As well as winning the Woman Franchisor of the Year title, the founders of the children’s swimming business also scooped The Overall Woman in Franchising Award.
The Puddle Duck’s franchise model includes comprehensive support and training, an industry leading approach to baby and child swimming and innovative national marketing activities, all designed to help franchisees build successful businesses.
