Homecare company Right at Home Cardiff and Newport picked up three awards at the regional Great British Care Awards – The Care Team Award, The Frontline Leaders Award for Jemma Nicholas and The Workforce Development Award for Abbeygail Folland.

The awards, which celebrate excellence across the care sector, were held at the Cardiff Park Plaza in November, with more than a hundred people in attendance. The Great British Care Awards are a series of regional events throughout the UK that culminate in a national awards ceremony.
Right at Home provides care and support to people living in their own homes, predominantly in the Cardiff and Newport district but extending to surrounding areas. It currently supports more than two hundred and fifty clients and employs a team of one hundred and sixty Caregivers. It offers a wide range of services, from companionship, home help and personal care to specialist dementia care and live-in care services.
