The Travel Franchise continues to grow at its “fastest pace ever”. The company has more than doubled its staff in the last six months with more people yet to be recruited – all part of the extra £1m recruitment investment it announced earlier this year.

The Travel Franchise recorded a 200 per cent increase in new members joining in January 2022 compared to January 2020. In terms of franchise numbers, the company beats the likes of Burger King and Subway.

The Travel Franchise is one of the UK’s fastest-growing travel franchises and has recruited and trained nearly one thousand members. It enables people to operate their own travel agent business from home, without the risk of going it alone. Unlike many of its competitors, franchisees do not need any travel agent experience or qualifications to join. Full training and support are given to enable members to quickly qualify as fully accredited travel consultants.

Not Just Travel is one of the UK’s largest travel consultancies, selling bespoke, tailormade holiday packages via its highly trained travel consultants working from home. Since January Not Just Travel has broken nearly all its sales records to date. This January, holiday sales were up 300 per cent year-on-year and the team had its biggest day on record for the most passengers ever booked.

The average booking value per holiday is over £1,000 higher than pre-pandemic levels.

Paul Harrison, co-founder of Not Just Travel and The Travel Franchise, says: “We are growing at our fastest pace ever. Not even when we were building our business from scratch were we employing people as fast as we are now. More roles are to be announced shortly. An entirely new training team will soon be unveiled. It’s an exciting time for our dynamic, growing brand and there are many more additional initiatives yet to be unveiled. We are attracting the best talent in the business and it shows.”

Moses McLaughlin, who started his Travel Franchise business in July 2021, landed a £1m booking in the first few months, while new recruit, Ami Wood, achieved £100,000 in sales in her first month (January 2022), and £20,000 in commission in her first quarter, which is remarkable considering that she had never sold a holiday previously.

Other consultants are taking home £30,000 in commission each month.
