Everyman Barbers offers a management franchise in a fast growing part of the hair care industry
The hair care industry is a vibrant and creative one and barbering is one of the fastest growing elements of it.
Everyman Barbers has tapped into this trend, becoming a top choice of barbers for those looking for great style and service without the high price tag. Everyman Barbers is an authentic barbers for the modern day man.
From the long locks of Harry Styles to Brooklyn Beckham’s ever changing look, it seems men are taking more care over their hair than ever before.
Why everyman barbers?
Everyman Barbers is an authentic brand choice in a marketplace full of independent salons.
It’s a business that prides itself on its reputation - and the company is passionate about being the best in the industry by offering customers a fantastic service experience, rather than just great haircuts.
Take a look at the Everyman Barbers stores, which present a cool, relaxing, bright, contemporary environment, and the first class customer service delivered by a professional team of experienced barbers.
All the company’s barbers offer honest advice and banter in equal measure, which ensures Everyman Barbers is the place to be for the style conscious modern man.
When Noel Gilronan developed Everyman Barbers, his previous experience as a franchisee in the industry enabled him to create a model with franchisees’ best interests at heart.
Noel had no prior experience in cutting hair - what he did have was a wealth of business experience gained in many industries. So, combining his business acumen with Everyman Barbers’ striking brand and proven business concept, Noel has developed the Everyman Barbers franchise in Birmingham, achieving a turnover just short of £1 million with 16 barbers.
Using his experience gained from the Birmingham shop, he went on to open his second in Bristol, which grew a lot faster than Birmingham because of what he’d learnt.
Due to the success of Birmingham and Bristol, a further shop was opened in Nottingham, followed by Derby and Leicester in March. Everyman Barbers is now looking for like-minded people to follow in Noel’s footsteps and experience the success in this fun business.

Your role as a franchisee
The number one thing you need to know is that you don’t need to know anything about hair to own an Everyman Barbers franchise, as this is a management franchise.
Your professional team will handle that, while also staying at the forefront of changes and improvements in the hair industry due to the ongoing training they receive from Everyman Barbers. Your objective as a franchisee is to guide your business development and expansion.
Everyman barbers will show you how to
- Recruit a strong team of skilled barbers and use the company’s existing stores to test them.
- Establish ties in the local community.
- Select and implement marketing plans.
- Build your income by executing Everyman Barbers’ company strategies.
- Delegate responsibilities and empower team members.
- Provide vision and accountability for operational excellence.
Everyman Barbers is looking for professional men and women who know nothing about cutting hair and possess strong management and leadership skills, good business and financial acumen and a strong desire to succeed.
Your role is to run the management side of the business, while leaving the day-to-day operations and servicing of guests to your trained barbers. This frees up your time to work on your business, not in your business.
The training
