Jamie Hickson (pictured) is planning a move to larger premises to accommodate his growing franchise, and will also be investing in a fleet of liveried vehicles for his staff.
His healthcare franchise is set to achieve a turnover of £2.2 million by the end of 2014.
EXPANSION
“I have 72 staff on my books, of which 50 are on the payroll every week, and that is set to rise as my business continues to expand, so it makes good economic sense to have our own vehicles,” Jamie explains.
“The staff are very proud of being part of Kare Plus and are delighted with the idea.
“Liveried vehicles will substantially increase visibility of our brand around the region too.”
Before investing in Kare Plus, Jamie had no prior experience of the healthcare industry.
But according to Kare Plus franchise manager Andy Pitt, he is an example of a franchisee with dedication, ambition and commitment to quality.
“New legislation has opened up exciting opportunities for independent service providers like Kare Plus and hard-working, business-minded people with vision and determination like Jamie make the perfect partners for us,” Andy says.
“We’re delighted with his achievements to date and look forward to his continued success.”
REWARDS
Jamie adds: “The rewards are certainly high with Kare Plus franchise opportunities.
“There’s a huge marketplace, rising demand and great satisfaction in providing a service to your local community that directly enhances the quality of people’s lives.”
