Business-to-business franchise exceeds sales and training performance and receives top independent accolade
ActionCOACH is celebrating, following a successful few months on three fronts.
Not only has one of its new recruits broken a company record, but it also reported the highest number of franchise partners attending initial training in October.
In addition, the business-to-business franchise recently received a 5-Star Franchisee Satisfaction rating for the eighth year in a row in the independent WorkBuzz survey - one of only four franchises to achieve this.
The ‘second month income’ record was exceeded by Ian Harford, who launched his business in Stoke-on-Trent this year.
In August he banked £36,551 and in the same month signed nine one-to-one clients, equalling the record previously set by ActionCOACH UK co-founder Julie Wagstaff and matched by ActionCOACH Loughborough’s Matt Bull.
Ian says: “It’s amazing to be smashing the targets so early on.
“I originally planned to grow my monthly income to £18,000 in my first year, so to more than double that within eight weeks of launching feels amazing.
“ActionCOACH is everything I imagined and more. The training, system and support has given me the confidence we can go on to achieve more great results for our clients and our own business.”
16 new franchise partners graduated as part of the October intake at ActionCOACH’s UK University.
As part of its commitment to providing world-class support to its franchise partners, during lockdown ActionCOACH committed to hosting weekly sessions called Big Friday Finishes for franchise partners and their teams.
They began in March and provide additional learning resources. The virtual presentations have already attracted some high-profile names, including Sunday Times’ bestseller Theresa Cheung, world-renowned speaker Michael Heppell and, most recently, top leadership coach and author Marshall Goldsmith.
Ian Christelow, UK co-founder of ActionCOACH, is thrilled franchise partners are operating at the top of their game.
He adds: “In a year where the world has experienced some huge challenges, franchise partners have been the ones providing a solution.
“I couldn’t be prouder of our entire network of business coaches, who have all stepped up to gift five pro bono business coaching sessions a week to revitalise local businesses.
“I’m privileged to see the difference this is making in thank-you messages from UK business owners.
“Now, as 16 new faces add much-needed skill and resource to our winning team, we welcome them at a pivotal moment and I can’t wait to see the next chapter unfold.”
