Louise Young to run the award winning virtual agency’s West London region
Get Ahead VA has welcomed another franchisee to its rapidly growing network.
Based in Ealing, Louise Young will be running the award winning virtual agency’s West London region.
She joins Get Ahead VA with over 25 years’ marketing communications experience under her belt and has run her own franchise.
After being made redundant from her most recent role this year, Louise discovered Get Ahead VA on LinkedIn.
She immediately saw the benefits of virtual assistant services for businesses facing the challenges of coronavirus and felt the time was right to launch her own virtual agency franchise.
Louise explains: “I’ve seen so many businesses struggle over the past six months, as well as being personally affected through redundancy.
“So the opportunity to run my own business in the virtual agency space and help companies navigate these difficult times seemed like the perfect fit.
“As Get Ahead VA celebrated its 10th anniversary this year, I could see it was a very credible business in the growing outsourcing sector.
“Having previously run a franchise and worked for a franchisor, I knew how successful the franchise model can be. I’m looking forward to being my own boss, with the support of the Get Ahead VA team around me.”
Get Ahead VA has seen a substantial rise in franchising enquiries this year, as many people have taken the opportunity to re-evaluate their careers during lockdown.
Rebecca Newenham, founder and director of Get Ahead VA, says: “I’m delighted to welcome Louise to our team.
“She brings with her so many years of experience in marketing, communications and franchising. With franchisees now in Berkshire & North Hants, East Midlands, Leeds, South Yorkshire, Suffolk & Essex, West Surrey and Wirral & Cheshire West, as well as West London, we’re expanding across the country.
“I look forward to seeing our team continue to develop over the next few months.”
Get Ahead VA offers marketing and business support services to companies of all sizes.
From bookkeeping to blogging, database management to design and telephone answering to Twitter, its team of highly skilled virtual assistants can provide support on an hourly, project or ongoing basis.
