New appointments ensure franchisees benefit from industry leading support ratio, as network growth continues
Right at Home has welcomed five new members of staff to its national support team.
Business support manager Alan Anstey, data administrator and project coordinator Anna Kadzikowska, quality and compliance manager Carolynne Favager, administrative and finance assistant Maria Le Gros and junior marketing assistant Abbie Ramsden have joined the homecare business, ensuring its franchisees benefit from an industry leading support ratio.
The Right at Home UK franchise network is now approaching 70 territories, operated by 63 owners who are supported in all aspects of their business by a one-to-three ratio of national office team members.
Between them they provide assistance in areas such as finance, PR and digital marketing, recruitment, training and development, HR, systems and management information and quality standards and compliance with care industry regulations.
There is also a ‘team within the team’, which specialises in helping Right at Home’s new franchisees with regulatory registration and business growth.
Once their business is established, each franchisee continues to work closely with a regionally-based business support manager and quality and compliance manager.
The Right at Home UK franchise is led by CEO Ken Deary and chief operational officer Lucy Campbell, who have each won national awards for their franchising skills and expertise.
Lucy says: “Right at Home has built its brand upon the quality of its care services and the strength of its franchise support and as we grow as a network we are fully committed to investing in high calibre staffing to ensure we stay ahead of the curve.
“The new members of our team have all made an immediate impact in their respective departments and will undoubtedly help us to take our support offering to even greater heights.”
The appointments come at the same time as Right at Home UK announced that three new offices have become fully operational following successful completion of the Care Quality Commission’s registration process.
Right at Home Aylesbury Vale and Chiltern, Right at Home Chichester and Bognor Regis and Right at Home Loughborough are now officially open for business.
Each franchise will be closely supported by the franchisor, as they take on their first clients and recruit CareGivers.
